At Metro Audio Systems, I handled daily email follow-ups with customers, suppliers, and business contacts about products, orders, and requests.
I entered and maintained product information and SKUs across the website, database, and ERP system, and processed wholesale and retail orders using SoftOne ERP. I also assisted with invoicing and order tracking.
As a DJ and music producer, I was a resident at Bolivar and Studio 24. I founded ZONE6 Collective, an independent event and rap culture project, and gained experience in artist relations, management, brand partnerships, and sponsorships, including Sony Music Entertainment and Red Bull.
