At BTC Software Systems, I monitor and investigate cybersecurity events using Elastic SIEM, Microsoft Sentinel, and Microsoft Defender. I handle first-level response, from alert triage and initial investigation to remediation, evidence collection, and escalation.
I also review SIEM rules and refine detection logic to improve accuracy and reduce noise. I collaborate with security engineering teams on defensive controls, SOC documentation, operational procedures, and incident response playbooks.
Previously, at Predica Group, I took part in deploying Microsoft Defender solutions for client applications and infrastructure and participated in workshops and domain migrations. I also worked as a Junior DevOps Engineer at Comarch, administering internal ERP environments and hardening Linux systems.
