What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead clinical operations and emergency care while owning medical claims processes—improving patient outcomes, strengthening insurance/HMO workflows, and driving practical hospital administration and team performance.

I’m a dedicated and highly experienced Medical Officer with over 14 years in clinical practice across both private and public healthcare systems, with a strong focus on emergency response and patient-centred care.

I combine hands-on clinical expertise—ICU and general ward inpatient care, clinical resuscitation (basic life support or ALS), and managing emergencies for both pediatric and adult patients—with administrative strength in hospital processes and medical leadership.

Across my recent roles, including Snr Medical Officer / Head of Medical claims unit, Deputy Claims Manager/ Snr Medical Officer, and Lead Medical Officer, I’ve managed insurance claims end-to-end: vetting claims, overseeing authorizations and bill submissions, and ensuring timely payments through insurance companies and HMOs.

I also bring deeper clinical capabilities in cardiology emergency management, ECG interpretation, blood gases with an Istat device, coagulation profiles, ventilator handling in the ICU, and ultrasound for fetal heart rates and fetal positions—supported by advanced training including an MPH and certificate work in implementation research.
