I seek a finance role where I can lead reporting and controls, drive IFRS-compliant processes, support audits, and grow in a collaborative, international company.

I am an experienced finance professional with over eight years working across Germany, Ukraine, and hybrid international teams, specializing in financial control, managerial reporting, and audit support. I have supported IFRS conversion, SAP implementations, and cross-border accounting for German, UK, and Ukrainian entities.

In my current role as Financial Advisor I oversee managerial reporting, account reconciliations in Datev, Xero and 1C, payroll and invoicing processes, cash-flow planning, budget management and government grant coordination, while partnering with external auditors and advising management on business impact.

I combine strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills with hands-on experience in financial systems migrations, tax planning, audit deliverables and stakeholder reporting, and I thrive in cross-cultural, fast-paced environments where I can drive accuracy, compliance and operational improvements.
