I validate healthcare EDI transactions for HIPAA compliance and support Salesforce Marketing Cloud testing across Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio.
At Cognizant Technology Solutions, I prepared and validated 837 EDI claim files using Pega validation rules and tested claim adjudication and payment processing. I’ve also contributed to Selenium WebDriver and Python automation initiatives, and supported customer bookings and payment queries at Sutherland Global Services.
