What I'm looking for

I'm looking to grow in business statistics, data science, management, and monitoring and evaluation roles where I can use data to support organizational goals, contribute to community development, and keep building my skills.

At Meeting Point International, I support the MEAL team through data collection, cleaning, consolidation, analysis, report documentation, and accurate maintenance of the ACTIVITY INFO database. I also contribute to donor proposals and project reports while coordinating with partners during implementation.

I've applied my Business Statistics background to government planning and education, compiling staff assessment data into statistical reports at Kakumiro District Local Government and using SPSS and Excel for government data. As a teacher at St. Paul Christian School, I introduced interactive teaching aids, strengthened record keeping, and supported learners' literacy and numeracy development.

I'm committed to using data analysis, monitoring and evaluation, and an analytical mindset to support organizational goals and community development while continuously learning.
