I’m a Data and Business Analyst with 2+ years of experience in logistics and supply chain analytics, focused on turning messy data into clear operational outcomes. I’ve worked across Shippeo and Logward, where I helped strengthen global shipment visibility through reliable reporting.

In my current role as a Data Quality Specialist, I validate shipment tracking data for real-time visibility and use SQL-based root cause analysis to resolve data quality issues. I coordinate with global logistics partners and internal teams to investigate shipment data gaps and support SLA adherence and stakeholder reporting.

Previously at Logward, I validated 10,000+ shipment records per cycle via SQL checks, built operational KPI dashboards, and investigated reporting anomalies to identify pipeline failures. I also monitored logistics KPIs like delivery SLAs, shipment accuracy, and throughput to flag deviations early for proactive corrective action.

Alongside analytics, I’ve shipped AI solutions—building an end-to-end loan eligibility model as a Data Science Intern, and delivering two machine learning/generative AI products outside of work, including a symptom-to-diagnosis system reaching 75% accuracy.
