What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an opportunity to apply my payroll, compliance, process-improvement, and team leadership experience while expanding my knowledge of tax administration and public service.

At Conduent, I've progressed from Payroll Associate to Senior Payroll Analyst and Team Lead, supporting U.S., Canadian, Mexican, and international payroll operations. I audit payroll transactions, improve workflows, build automation solutions, and use data to strengthen accuracy and efficiency.

I've reduced payroll errors by 95% through stronger audits, controls, and proactive review processes. My work includes reconciliations, garnishments, banking transactions, off-cycle payments, wire transfers, pay cards, overpayment recovery, and employee issue resolution.

I lead and develop a team of eight while supporting remote cross-functional teams and operational priorities. I'm currently pursuing a Certificate in Tax and Taxation to expand my knowledge of tax administration and public service.
