I’m an Instructional Designer with experience in corporate learning, e-learning development, and educational content design.

At my previous company, I designed end-to-end learning experiences, from course architecture and scripting to interactive assessments and dialogue simulations. I created the company’s first gamified simulation course, which increased active participation among previously passive learners by ~40%.

I also developed a unified slide template system that reduced course development time by ~30%, and automated onboarding assignments in iSpring LMS, accelerating enrollment workflows by ~90% while reducing manual tracking errors and delays.
