I design and develop instructor-led, digital, and technology-supported learning experiences for diverse learners in Vietnam.
In my English Language Teacher and Learning Designer role, I take learning from needs identification and objectives through content, facilitation, assessment, feedback, and revision. I translate complex language and communication concepts into clear explanations, applied practice, and learner-friendly visual materials.
I built workplace communication training in Rise 360, using ADDIE, adult learning principles, scenario-based learning, interactive activities, and aligned assessments. I published and tested the module in SCORM Cloud for launch, navigation, completion, tracking, and reporting.
I also developed interactive workplace fire safety training in Storyline 360, with learner-controlled navigation, knowledge checks, feedback, and practical decision-making. I manage development end to end, including instructional writing, quality assurance, LMS testing, and iterative improvement.
