What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead special education support, implement IEPs, and build inclusive, emotionally safe learning environments—working closely with teachers, therapists, and families to drive measurable progress.

I’m a dedicated Lead Shadow Teacher with over six years of experience supporting children with special needs, including Autism, ADHD, and Cerebral Palsy. I implement and monitor IEPs and behavior intervention plans while promoting independence, inclusion, and emotional regulation.

I provide individualized academic, behavioral, and emotional support—handling transitions, social skills, and self-regulation—and maintain documentation through progress reports. I also collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents, and I’ve led and mentored Shadow Teachers and assistants, with training that includes safeguarding for children with disabilities.
