I am looking for a role that fosters collaboration and innovation, where I can apply my skills in AI and software development to create impactful solutions.

I am an experienced AI Trainer and Reviewer with a strong track record of evaluating model outputs and providing detailed justifications to enhance performance and alignment with project goals. My educational background in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Addis Ababa University has equipped me with a solid foundation in programming and software engineering.

Currently, I am working as an AI Trainer at Outlier, where I evaluate AI model outputs based on criteria such as helpfulness and instruction following. I also review and provide feedback on ratings from other trainers to ensure consistency and quality. Additionally, I am employed at RedCloud ICT Solutions, where I am developing an e-commerce web application using nopCommerce, significantly boosting customer engagement and sales.

My previous internship at Camara Education Ethiopia allowed me to test and improve a management information system built using Laravel, contributing to the development of a mobile application for enhanced accessibility. I thrive in collaborative environments and am passionate about leveraging technology to improve user experiences.
