I’m a compassionate, detail-oriented Audiologist with a strong clinical foundation and a commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. I’m proficient in diagnostic hearing assessments, hearing aid fittings, and counselling across diverse patient populations, and I’m recognised for building strong patient relationships through clear communication and a calm, professional approach.

In my Audiologist role (Community Service Officer), I conducted comprehensive diagnostic audiological assessments—including pure tone audiometry, tympanometry, and DPOAE—for pediatric and adult patients. I evaluated, fitted, and managed hearing aids with counselling and patient follow-up, maintained accurate records/documentation, and contributed to case discussions with ENT and multidisciplinary teams while supporting hearing screening initiatives for early intervention.

Beyond clinical practice, I’ve strengthened my organisation and people-focused approach through administrative and client-facing work as a Business Administrator. I’m dedicated to continuous professional development, staying up to date with clinical protocols, research, and hearing aid technology so I can help improve quality of life through hearing healthcare.
