Previously at KJPP Latief Hanif dan Rekan, I progressed from Associate Valuer to Senior Valuer, delivering valuations across property, plantation, and machinery and equipment assets. I've built Excel-based models using income, market, and cost approaches while managing multiple deadline-driven assignments.

I'm focused on practical analysis: DCF models, cash-flow projections, feasibility studies, sensitivity analysis, data validation, and reporting that helps stakeholders make decisions. I'm open to remote and international work in data analytics, business intelligence, financial analysis, real estate investment analysis, and business operations.
