At Bevatel, I build backend systems for cloud communications, call-center operations, VoIP, and AI call analysis. I implemented idempotent AI-credit processing to keep Call Center and Billing services consistent.
I built the initial Cloud Lines service, including provider, credential, number, CDR, wallet, and billing workflows. I also implemented an idempotent Hamsa SIP trunk reconciliation flow to prevent duplicate physical trunks and synchronize application and PBX state.
In my selected projects, I built transactional financial workflows with currency ledgers and double-entry accounting, and developed Travelei’s hotel and flight booking platform with supplier integrations and payment reconciliation.
