I’m a Senior UX Analyst and Product Designer who turns UX research and analytics into measurable conversion improvements. I focus on finding the real friction in trial-to-paid and checkout journeys, then redesigning flows so users instantly understand value and next steps.
In my full-time work, I conducted UX analytics for SaaS products where trial-to-paid conversion was critically low. I combined competitor benchmarking, stakeholder and user interviews, and funnel + session analysis to pinpoint issues like complex registration, unclear trial value, limited sign-up flexibility, and pricing confusion—then redesigned the experience to improve registration (16% to 61%), pricing conversion (16% to 43%), checkout (34% to 61%), and trial-to-paid conversion (22% to 57%).
As a freelance Senior UX Consultant, I’ve led UX analytics for high-traffic platforms where drop-offs were costly. For a Formula 1 Baku ticket platform, I identified seating selection, pricing clarity, and checkout flow problems and redesigned UX/UI to increase conversion from 12% to 56%.
