Led architecture and technical direction for an Arabic RTL procurement system for a pharmaceutical warehouse owner, a modular monolith with 11 business modules on .NET 10, EF Core 10, SQL Server, and Angular 22. Designed a supplier-offer import with fuzzy-matching engine and enforced architecture boundaries with tests.

Designed the complete backend architecture for a multi-tenant privacy-first data collaboration SaaS on ABP Framework with layered DDD, .NET 9, EF Core 9, and PostgreSQL. Built connectors to various databases, audience activation to ad APIs, and implemented consent, retention, and governance audit flows.

Founded and built an AI-powered business messaging SaaS with unified inbox, campaigns, and automation for WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, and SMS, serving 15 customers and about 20,000 messages per day. Built the entire product including 6 .NET 8 services, a multi-provider LLM layer, and a RAG knowledge base.

Developed the backend of Check Plus for REGA, the Saudi Real Estate General Authority, used by 500+ active users filing about 1,500 inspection reports and 15,000 report actions per day. Integrated Saudi government and enterprise services including EFAA, Nafath SSO, Unifonic SMS, Firebase, Microsoft Graph, and SharePoint.

Built backend services for an omnichannel messaging platform serving about 30 business customers and 70,000 messages per day. Developed the SMPP client and Telegram integration, and built a pipeline to extract messages from email and deliver via WhatsApp.

Built backend and frontend features for exchanging medical data between US healthcare organizations over a healthcare interoperability protocol. Handled patient data under HIPAA requirements.
