I am a competent, result oriented and experienced commercial/procurement executive who spent the bulk of my career managing procurement and outsourcing for large cement plants and contributing software development expertise.
I handled initiation of procurement policies, bulk sourcing of raw and packing materials, fuels and explosives, vendor selection and development, shutdown spares planning, contract management, supplier performance evaluation and detailed procurement record keeping to secure timely, economical supplies.
I also managed head office administration including complete fleet oversight, maintenance and insurance handling, ISO-9001/14001 procedural documentation for commercial and admin departments, and earlier worked on Oracle & Developer software design and development.
