My sales performance dashboard is a five-page Power BI report built on a star-schema data model, with views for executive, sales, account management, operations, and marketing stakeholders. Its DAX measures track year-over-year growth, revenue concentration, discounts, and order-to-cash timing.

In that project, I found that invoice-to-payment was the dominant fulfilment bottleneck, at roughly four times the other stages combined, and that about 59% of revenue came from the top 10 customers.

For my customer shopping behaviour analysis, I cleaned transaction data with pandas, loaded it into PostgreSQL, and wrote business SQL queries to segment customers and compare spending. I also built a Power BI dashboard and documented findings for non-technical stakeholders.

On Invoice Intelligence, I analysed a 400 MB+ SQLite inventory database for freight costs and invoice risk. I compared regression models, built an XGBoost classifier, and deployed the service with a Streamlit dashboard on Azure Container Apps. As an AI-ML Virtual Intern at EduSkills Foundation, I worked on Python data workflows, model evaluation, and structured reports.
