At Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance, I built the global Internal Audit and SOX Compliance function from the ground up, establishing governance, methodology, and reporting structures across multiple regions. I directed multiyear audit planning, enterprise risk assessments, operational reviews, and advisory engagements aligned with business strategy and regulatory requirements.
I also led BHSI's global Finance team as Chief Financial Officer, overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, internal controls, and team development. Previously, I led financial close, FP&A, forecasting, KPI analytics, compliance initiatives, and accounting operations at Lexington Insurance Company, AIG, and Arthur J. Gallagher.
