In my current Junior Systems Engineer — Networks / SDN role in public service, I led the migration from Citrix to VMware VeloCloud / Vodafone across 130 sites. I coordinated three external service providers and rolled out up to four sites per week while the network remained in operation.
I’m currently developing the enterprise-wide replacement of the NPS/RADIUS infrastructure with Cisco ISE; management approved the concept, and the rollout is underway. I also operate and monitor network infrastructure across 130 sites and work on Palo Alto firewall rules, VLAN segmentation, and third-level network and security incidents.
Previously, at microCAT IT-Service GmbH / Fujitsu, I supported retail customers across Germany with troubleshooting, hardware replacements, and rollouts. I also planned and delivered IT projects and installed and commissioned more than 100 CGM KocoBox units in medical practices.
