What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead end-to-end supply planning where strategy meets execution—building governance, scenario models, and vendor/team capability so brands scale reliably, adapt fast, and improve cost, cash, and service.

I’m a supply chain and planning leader with 10+ years of progressive experience across Beauty, FMCG, and large-scale operations. I translate long- and short-term business growth plans into supply strategies that optimize cost, cash, and service while enabling the business to scale.

At Estée Lauder Companies, I lead strategic supply planning and external manufacturing across a $1B+ revenue fragrance portfolio for global markets. I build portfolio planning strategies using governance rhythms, scenario modelling, and trade-off analysis to manage capacity decisions and maintain service continuity across a multi-site network, and I act as an O9 SME to support system-wide adoption. I’ve also developed a vendor governance model with TPM performance reviews, monthly vendor KPI checkpoints, and escalation frameworks to strengthen supply reliability through periods of change.

I’m equally invested in people and cross-functional alignment, coaching teams to think proactively and prioritize with clarity under pressure.
