What I'm looking for

I’m looking to grow in a hands-on operations role where I can troubleshoot mechanical and instrumentation issues, keep systems in compliance, and collaborate with a team to continuously improve performance and documentation accuracy.

I currently work as a Leachate Technician for Republic Services, where I monitor control panels, adjust valves and gates, and start/stop pumps to keep the system operating properly. I identify, troubleshoot, and repair issues involving pumps, blowers, and instrumentation systems, while documenting maintenance activities and collecting operational data to meet compliance requirements.

Earlier in my career, I built strong security and training expertise as a Security Officer and Deputy Sheriff, preparing detailed incident reports and maintaining disciplined operations under changing conditions. I also served as a Training Instructor/Contractor and Front Line Supervisor with the U.S. Army, delivering instruction, modifying curriculum for diverse learners, and supervising up to 30 soldiers to ensure readiness and accountability.
