What I'm looking for

Senior Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead with an Active Secret clearance seeking a fully remote role on a mission-critical or federal program, ideally leading multi-team Agile Release Trains.

At Booz Allen Hamilton, I serve as Scrum Master for three Agile teams on a mission-critical federal program. I’ve sustained 100% sprint predictability through PI Planning, dependency management, and early risk resolution.

I also maintain Jira and Confluence dashboards adopted by peer teams, giving program leadership visibility into delivery. I translate government mission requirements into technical backlogs and bridge communication between engineers and federal clients.

At Nakupuna, I directed Agile delivery for the Army Military Financial system program and drove a 40% increase in team velocity. I was promoted from Scrum Master/Business Analyst to Agile Delivery Lead, and owned delivery from concept through deployment.

Earlier, at OPEXUS, I took ownership of a system application and translated customer needs into prioritized backlog items. My software development experience at GEICO and Silverchair helps me work credibly with technical teams; I also hold SAFe and Scrum certifications.
