What I'm looking for

I'm seeking procurement, ethical sourcing, and international supply chain opportunities where I can coordinate stakeholders, improve operational processes, and support effective logistics delivery.

At Bitalian, I coordinate local and international shipments from order placement through final delivery, working with suppliers, freight forwarders, warehouses, customers, sales, and operations teams.

I maintain packing lists, shipping records, reports, and operational files while supporting procurement, inventory management, stock control, and supplier coordination. I proactively track shipments and resolve logistics issues to minimise delays and disruptions.

Previously, I supported operations at Smile to Wow by managing patient information, scheduling, inventory, aligner production records, and communication between patients, clinical staff, and technicians. I also coordinated online learning programmes at Cambrilearn, planning schedules, facilitating lessons, monitoring progress, and preparing reports.

I'm building toward procurement and supply chain leadership through a Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management and the CIPS Level 4 Diploma in Procurement and Supply. I bring English, French, and Swahili communication skills, alongside practical training in warehouse operations, inbound receiving, outbound dispatch, inventory control, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Jira.
