I’m working on an EEG prediction pipeline at NECSTLab, benchmarking Python machine-learning performance for functional-connectivity-based estimation of psychopathological factors.
At the Neurological Institute “Carlo Besta” in Milan, I’m developing a clinical decision support web app with Streamlit and Python-based classification models, and I’ve added generative data augmentation to address class imbalance.
For biomedical QA, I’ve built and evaluated LLM-based pipelines for biomedical question answering, including fine-tuning and benchmarking of pretrained models for classification, scientific reasoning, and information extraction.
