I've spent more than 30 years drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements, service arrangements, partnership documents, vendor contracts, memoranda and concessions. I translate complex legal requirements into practical, commercially workable advice for senior management.

My work spans legal practice, banking, energy, public-sector programmes and institutional development. As Chief Operating Officer at GEL Utility Limited, I provided executive leadership for an 84MW gas-fired power business supplying the Port Harcourt Refinery.

I also provide senior oversight of compliance, corporate services, governance and legal-commercial workstreams at Afro-Caribbean Integrated Development Corporation. I work effectively across legal, commercial and operational stakeholders, including on complex matters requiring independent and remote advisory support.
