I've led legal, governance and commercial advisory work across Aquila Leasing, Challenge Frontier Leasing and C&I Leasing, partnering with Boards and executive management on growth, risk and operational decisions.

At C&I Leasing, I redesigned contract templates to reduce turnaround by over 25%, helped avoid an estimated N2.1 billion exposure in a marine contract, and contributed to approximately US$1 million in franchise royalty savings. I also supported N10 billion bond repayments, a N12 billion renewable-energy bond transaction, and complex maritime matters involving claims exceeding US$50 million.

I bring practical experience in corporate governance, company secretarial practice, regulatory engagement, litigation, employment law and dispute resolution. My work includes Board documentation, AGMs, statutory filings, compliance frameworks, external-counsel management, contract negotiations and internal disciplinary processes.

I'm commercially minded and focused on turning complex legal and regulatory issues into clear business decisions that protect the organisation while enabling growth.
