At RR Parkon, I contributed to Project Layman, an operational efficiency initiative targeting a 5% reduction in installation time for parking system structure beams. I identified process improvement actions and proposed ways to streamline technical operations.

For my open-space car parking system project, I designed and modeled parts and assemblies in SolidWorks and prepared technical drawings with manufacturability and structural strength in mind. The project won first place in the SolidWorks Design Technology Competition.

I performed static structural FEA on a compact elevated car parking system in ANSYS, evaluating stress and strain and predicting deformation under real-world loading conditions. I used simulation results to iterate on design parameters, and the project won first place in the ANSYS Simulation Technology Competition.

My other work includes an Arduino-based refrigerator preventive maintenance system using sensors, microcontrollers, and cloud platforms. I also architected core system logic and workflow design for an AI-enhanced manufacturing supply chain platform, which won first place in the Departmental Major Project Competition; I published research on AI-driven supply chain visibility and collaboration in Industry 5.0.
