As a Compliance Officer, I ensure that Nairobi Metropolitan Services adheres to all applicable laws and regulations. I developed a comprehensive compliance program and investigate any breaches or violations, while also promoting awareness of the service charter.

In my role as a Sales Associate, I focused on recruiting and training agents, responding to information requests, and investigating service failures. I successfully recruited 22 new agents and contributed to significant revenue growth.

As a Virtual Assistant, I provided administrative support, managed correspondence, and maintained records. I also conducted research and coordinated logistics for a major industry conference, enhancing the company's visibility.

As a Lecturer, I taught Social Work and Community Development courses, developed curricula, and mentored students. I engaged in community outreach and contributed to the growth of the program through new course development.

During my Field Practicum, I led the CT-OVC Program, assisting in planning and evaluating child welfare programs. I conducted outreach activities and collaborated with community partners to enhance access to resources for children and families.
