In my Medical Records Clerk role at Datavant, I assist with ROI and navigate various provider EMR and file systems to retrieve all required elements of a medical chart for a patient list. I meet required metrics for my role and handle incoming calls related to medical record requests, maintaining regular attendance and punctuality.

Previously, as a Medical Scheduler/Receptionist at RADNET MANAGEMENT INC, I answered up to 67 calls a day in a fast-paced environment. I schedule, reschedule, and cancel radiology appointments including MRI, US, CT, X-ray, Dexa, Floros, and mammograms, while supporting smooth customer service.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant at Homewood Retirement Center, I provided patient-centered care with respect and interpersonal communication skills. I maintained hygiene and bed linens, recorded vital signs and patient condition, followed infection control and emergency procedures, assisted with transfers using the stand-up lift and Hoyer lift, and supported care including minor wound care and colostomy care.
