Led transformation of the IT operating model across application support, development, infrastructure and service desk functions through consolidation of three service providers into a single delivery model. Established the enterprise Security Operations Centre (SOC) capability and security operating model as part of the post-acquisition separation programme.

Delivered enterprise-wide separation of the former JELD-WEN ANZ business, a 5,000-person manufacturing and distribution business operating across 41 locations in Australia, Malaysia and Indonesia, from its US parent within a fixed 12-month TSA period. Reduced programme expenditure from $31.5m to approximately $29m through active management of scope, licensing and stranded cost.

Led operational integration of four manufacturing and maintenance businesses across five sites, approximately 1,000 employees and $350m revenue, implementing common operating processes, shared services and performance management disciplines. Delivered approximately 15% reduction in support function headcount through organisational consolidation and role alignment.

Executed Day 1 stand-up of a new national automotive lender serving dealer and consumer markets following Cerberus Capital's acquisition of Westpac Auto Finance. Delivered migration of a $1bn loan portfolio under a compressed timeline with zero disruption to revenue, customer service or business operations.

Executed separation of a $500m asset finance portfolio from Westpac to establish a standalone asset finance business under Cerberus Capital ownership. Designed and implemented greenfield operating model across credit, collections and finance.

Led operational transformation of a $1bn ANZ workplace supplies and services business across supply chain, customer operations, warehousing and support functions to improve efficiency, reduce cost and support future growth. Consolidated 14 warehouses into 7 locations and delivered operational cost savings of approximately $5m-$10m.
