At APSN Educational Services, I planned and delivered functional literacy lessons for students with mild intellectual disabilities, adapting materials and approaches to individual learning needs.

I used Claude and Codex to develop learning apps for Phonics and Community Travelling lessons. By tracking assessment data and adjusting interventions, I helped three students improve their reading scores from approximately 8/100 to 50–70/100 by the end of Term 2.

At Image Engine Pte Ltd, I planned and delivered logistics for government and industry events, including GovWare and Singapore International Cyber Week. I coordinated venues, vendors, audiovisual requirements, schedules and budgets across in-person, hybrid and virtual formats.

At Yara International, I managed communications for employee-engagement events and developed and facilitated training modules on Unconscious Bias, Allyship and Inclusive Practices. I also conducted qualitative research and synthesized employee feedback to support regional DEI, wellbeing and engagement strategies.
