Message

At RINL - Vizag, I observed integrated steel manufacturing from raw material processing through finished steel products. I gained exposure to steelmaking operations, rolling mills, process efficiency, and industrial quality management.

At SAIL - Salem, I gained exposure to stainless steel melting, refining, and rolling operations. In an academic project, I developed a parametric CATIA V5 model of an automotive crankshaft to optimize journal and fillet geometry for reduced stress concentration and improved fatigue life.
