What I'm looking for

I want an agile team where I can lead mobile and web delivery end-to-end, run Kanban/Scrum execution, and use my Python/TypeScript background to align stakeholders with engineering for dependable, low-risk releases.

I’m a bilingual (German/English) IT Project Manager with 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional development teams of up to 9 engineers. I help international clients turn sprint-ready plans into reliable shipping outcomes across mobile and web application projects.

In my recent work, I led delivery from kickoff through V1 launch for an Australian client—over roughly a 6-month cycle—while coordinating parallel workstreams across a mobile application plus merchant and admin web portals. I also supported a Cypriot government digital initiative serving citizens by coordinating an 8-developer team, owning ticket creation, sprint hygiene, and progress tracking in Jira.
