What I'm looking for

I seek a patient-centered nursing role where I can provide high-acuity or palliative care, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, mentor staff, and support families with dignity and compassion.

I am a dedicated Registered Nurse with hands-on experience in critical care and hospice settings, providing high-acuity interventions, mechanical ventilation management, vasoactive drip monitoring, rapid assessments, and IV therapies. I have coordinated interdisciplinary care plans, advocated for patient dignity, and mentored new ICU nurses in evidence-based practices.

Currently working as an RN Case Manager delivering holistic end-of-life care in home and facility settings, I manage pain and symptom control while supporting families through the hospice journey. I hold New York State RN licensure and certifications in ACLS, BLS, and the NIH Stroke Scale, and I bring a patient-centered approach focused on safety, continuity of care, and compassionate support.
