I'm looking to contribute to data, software, telecom, or automation work where I can improve system performance, test reliable customer experiences, and grow through hands-on technical projects.

At Huawei, I tested Proof of Concept mobile money USSD services for Camtel, identifying interface and menu errors that improved transaction reliability.

I collaborated with engineers to optimize database queries, reducing USSD response time by 50%. I also documented test results and performed end-to-end functional testing of USSD transaction flows to reduce customer-facing errors.

Beyond telecom testing, I've built a maintenance-focused e-commerce website for online service requests and transactions. I've also implemented AI-powered conversation and workflow automation to answer questions, capture lead information, identify booking intent, and support follow-up actions.
