What I'm looking for

I'm interested in freelance marketing communication and content creation, especially supporting small businesses, entrepreneurs, startups, and service-based businesses. I welcome projects, collaborations, and opportunities to learn while delivering useful work.

At Alistar Expeditions Limited, I gained practical exposure to tourism operations, customer service, reservations, itinerary preparation, marketing activities, and office administration during a two-month industrial attachment.

That experience strengthened my understanding of customer needs, professional communication, and how effective service delivery supports business growth.

I'm building my skills in social media content and caption writing, marketing communication, and promotional content. I’m also interested in customer engagement and responding to enquiries.

I’m particularly interested in supporting small businesses, entrepreneurs, startups, and service-based businesses with their online presence and customer communication. I welcome freelance projects, collaborations, and opportunities to learn while delivering useful work.
