Kelvin Cuellar

I specialize in NetSuite administration and integrations, turning new business requirements into technical designs and dependable day-to-day system operations. I also support releases end-to-end by developing, testing, and troubleshooting from a technical perspective.

Since November 29, 2021, I’ve worked at Cloudstaff as a Senior Software Engineer Level 4 and NetSuite Administrator, maintaining system controls, access, and data integrity. I run regular data audits, check error logs, maintain up-to-date NetSuite functionality and integrations, and clearly communicate project status to key stakeholders.

My project work includes leading NetSuite warehouse management data migration, overseeing the PNC Financial Services bank integration (including administering and troubleshooting the PNC Bundle), and managing airSlate functionality—creating and maintaining document templates and coordinating integrations with internal teams and third-party providers.

Previously, I served as a NetSuite Administrator and NetSuite Functional Consultant, including administering a NetSuite OneWorld account, building forms and workflows, managing saved searches and reporting, and translating user stories into detailed requirements. I’m also comfortable training users with documentation and super-user enablement, from process rollout to ongoing support.
