Marco Kalalo

I'm currently a Technical Analyst II at Oracle NetSuite, providing Tier 2 support for SuiteCloud solutions and NetSuite integrations in a high-volume, client-facing environment.

I investigate integration issues across SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, REST and SOAP web services, SSO, ODBC, middleware, and third-party business applications. I debug NetSuite UI, APIs, and middleware systems, interpret logs and stack traces, and help customers address configuration, customization, and ERP process needs.

Before Oracle NetSuite, I spent nearly four years at Zuitt Learning Incorporated as a Senior IT Instructor, teaching MERN stack development alongside Python-Django, Java-Spring Boot, and PHP-Laravel. I also developed and maintained curriculum, led team projects, managed deliverables, and used historical data to improve services.

My earlier teaching experience at De La Salle Lipa strengthened my foundation in instruction and curriculum work. I bring together technical troubleshooting, full-stack web development, documentation, project leadership, and clear communication with both technical and business stakeholders.
