Previously at Wells Fargo, I managed mortgage closings and funding from start to finish, reviewed documents for accuracy and compliance, verified closing conditions, processed wires, and resolved funding issues. At Advisor Net Financial, I processed residential mortgage applications through closing and coordinated documentation with borrowers, underwriters, loan officers, and title companies.
