Provided education on chronic kidney disease and ESRD and collaborated with physicians, offices, and members to prevent readmissions. Conducted home visits to evaluate needs, set schedules, and organize weekly plans.

Provided medical-surgical nursing care in a med-surg tele setting, including physical assessments, medication/IV fluid administration, and recovery monitoring. Monitored intake and output, tracked lab values and test results, and updated physicians while performing catheter insertion and NG tube feedings.

Provided critical-level nursing care, including physical assessments, medication/IV fluid administration, and recovery monitoring. Monitored respiratory status using BiPAP, CPAP, and Optiflo, while tracking labs and performing catheter insertion and NG tube feedings.

Assisted with cystoscopies, prostate biopsies, ultrasounds, and procedures including Testopel implants and bladder Botox. Roomed patients with vitals and history, managed temporary/permanent catheterizations, supported 60–70 patient visits daily, and provided pain management related to kidney stones.

Performed head-to-toe assessments prior to dialysis treatment and monitored patients throughout treatment. Served as team lead for assigned PCTs, monitored access to support efficient treatment, documented care, and handled 16 patients at a time.
