What I'm looking for
I am an inclusive education professional and Deaf rights advocate with over 5 years of experience in Sign Language instruction, disability inclusion, and youth empowerment. My passion lies in transforming education and development systems to be accessible and inclusive, particularly for Deaf and disabled communities.
As the Inclusive Education Coordinator at the National Association of the Deaf Lesotho, I designed and implemented disability inclusion frameworks that improved access to services for over 200 Deaf individuals. Additionally, I have trained over 150 students in Lesotho Sign Language, enhancing communication access in schools, workplaces, and communities.
My advocacy work extends to youth empowerment, where I represented youth with disabilities at the Sebabatso Youth Conference, securing funding to scale Deaf-led education projects. I am committed to promoting inclusive entrepreneurship and leading diverse teams in innovation competitions.
