I’m an administrative professional with over 10 years of administrative and financial management experience in the private sector. I handle accounts with strong accuracy, pay attention to detail, and keep sensitive information confidential.

In my role as an Administrative Officer at Pure Sanitation (2017-2025), I managed payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and monthly reconciliations. I also oversaw records management systems to ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.

I’ve prepared reports and supported budget monitoring for management decision-making, while responding to client and staff financial inquiries professionally and efficiently. I also coordinated audits and ensured compliance with company policies.

Earlier, as an Administrative Assistant-Intern, I supported daily finance and administration operations, including processing invoices, expense claims, and petty cash reconciliations. Now, I’m seeking to apply my transferable administrative and financial expertise in the tourism industry.
