I’m looking for an accounting and administrative role where I can manage payroll, VAT/PAYE submissions, invoicing, and accurate records—supporting teams with organized systems and dependable attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

I’m a detail-oriented Accounting and Administrative professional with over 5 years of experience supporting daily business operations through accurate financial record-keeping, payroll processing, and essential admin functions. I’m known for delivering efficient, reliable results in fast-paced environments.

In my current role as an Administrative & Accounts Assistant at Fatigueless Hands (Pty) Ltd, I manage daily office operations, prepare employee timesheets and shift rosters, and process payroll while maintaining complete staff records. I also handle invoicing and quotations to support smooth client service.

On the compliance side, I prepare and support BURS submissions, including VAT returns and PAYE, while maintaining accurate filing systems and company records. I monitor staff leave and attendance to keep internal processes organized and up to date.

Earlier experience includes an Admin & Accounts Assistant (Temporary) position at Belvans Institute and a Student Attaché role in the Accounting Department at Francistown College of Education. I built strong foundations in document organization, supplier payment support, imprest and staff advances preparation, and monthly income and expense reporting.
