I am a highly organised data clerk with five years' experience digitizing and managing program data for NGOs and national surveys.

I currently serve as a Data Clerk at Care for Basotho Association, where I lead timely data entry, compile weekly, monthly and quarterly reports, and support data quality audits and routine verification. I also train, coach and supervise peer staff on approved data collection tools.

Previously I captured and cleaned program and school-collected datasets at Karabo ea Bophelo and Skillshare Lesotho, maintaining accurate filing and producing program tracking lists. I supported national enumeration work for the Bureau of Statistics, gaining field counting and software-based enumeration experience.

I hold a Diploma in General Agriculture and bring strong Microsoft Office, data cleaning, confidentiality and communication skills to roles that require precision, teamwork and long hours. I seek opportunities to apply and grow my data management and M&E capabilities.
