Collaborated with data clerks to welcome patients and ensure all appointed clients with chronic illnesses attended their refills. Identified and tracked missed, defaulter, and lost-to-follow-up clients, ensuring their return to care.

Managed patient files, updated the ART Register, and identified/contacted missed clients for follow-up. Captured and reported data in DHIS2 and eRegister health systems, ensuring data consistency.

Tracked and reviewed submitted forms for completeness and consistency, performing data entry for various delivery channels. Assisted with data cleaning, compilation of monthly reports, and coding data in Microsoft Excel for SPSS import.

Conducted surveys as a TRAC study enumerator, interviewing women and men aged 15-49 on HIV status and related topics. Ensured accurate data collection during the six-week project.

Collected data for vulnerable children and orphans in the Manonyane community council. Provided secondary caregiver support, educating children on hygiene and linking them to government agencies for assistance.
