At Tyler Technologies, I led customer-facing data conversions for government software implementations, working across development, test, and UAT environments. I profiled legacy databases and developed T-SQL for extraction, transformation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting.
For Augmented Field Operations, I developed a Python integration using Swagger/OpenAPI to transform SQL Server data into JSON and submit REST API requests. I also built a reusable, YAML-configured Python utility to retrieve and split PDFs from Amazon S3.
At Soluta, I designed and built an Operational Data Store over the Eldorado healthcare claims system, automating nightly data movement with SSIS and SQL Server Agent. I recreated operational reports in SSRS and developed a paid-claims dimensional data mart and SSAS analytical structures.
Earlier, I contributed to business intelligence, database, and reporting work for BIF Technologies / Texas Department of Transportation, Boon-Chapman, Texas Workforce Commission, and IntelliSolve Group. My work has included healthcare and government data, legacy modernization, and translating stakeholder requirements into validated data solutions.
