At Conduent Business Services India LLP, I audited over 2,000 claims monthly for policy requirements, contractual obligations, and accuracy in calculations and payments. I identified discrepancies and recommended corrections to maintain compliance and quality standards.

I conducted Weekly Error Share Sessions so processors could discuss audit results and ways to prevent repeat errors. I also shared process changes and supported new trainees with 100% audits during their ramp-up period.

I supported onboarding for new and junior QAs through shadow sessions, sample audits, and structured feedback. I also took ownership of a client-side special audit project focused on pushback management and documentation review, reporting directly to the client.

Earlier, I adjudicated health insurance claims and audited healthcare appeals. I developed a process guide for health insurance appeal adjudication and have experience with US healthcare claims, HIPAA, PHI, HCFA, UB Claims, Medicaid, and Medicare.
