I am a medical documentation and secretarial graduate with hands-on experience in customer service, call center operations, and retail sales, combining strong communication skills with attention to detail. I completed a clinical internship at Gazi University Faculty of Medicine Hospital and worked as a call center customer representative at Türk Telekom and as a sales consultant at LC Waikiki.

I am proficient in Microsoft Word and intermediate in English (B2), and I bring reliability, a service-oriented mindset, and practical administrative skills to roles in healthcare administration or customer-facing positions.
